This hotel exceeded all our expectations. The rooms were spacious and beautifully furnished, with the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in. The hotel staff were attentive and provided top-notch service throughout our stay. We also loved the location, with its easy access to the ski slopes and the stunning mountain views. The breakfast buffet had a fantastic selection of high-quality food, ensuring we started our days off right.

We had a lovely, romantic weekend escape in the gorgeous Russian Alps. The breathtaking mountain view from our room was incredible and the free shuttle to the nearest ski lift was really convenient. The staff was polite and accommodating, always ready to assist with any needs or questions. We especially enjoyed the spa facilities and the relaxing massages. The breakfast was also a highlight, with a variety of tasty options to choose from.

The high cost of the room during peak season, but this is to be expected in such a popular area. while there were many restaurants and shops nearby, they were quite pricey and not very authentic.

During my stay in the hotel, I enjoyed the incredible location in the heart of the Russian Alps. The hotel is situated in the ski town of Krasnaya Polyana, surrounded by beautiful mountains, and close to many restaurants and shops. The hotel facilities were top-notch with a fantastic SPA, clean pools, and saunas. Additionally, the hotel provided a free shuttle to the nearest lift, making transportation an effortless experience. The staff was polite and attentive, ensuring that all of my needs were met during my stay.

For us, it was ideal; we didn't encounter any negative aspects that impacted our stay.
